Return Window and Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Customers must contact us at support@decorahead.com to request return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:
